64-0748 @ LFI - F-4C number 64-0748. On May 20, 1965, Maj. Bob Janca and his GIB (Guy In the Back) Lt. William Roberts, Jr. scored a MiG-21 kill while flying CAP from Danang. Maj. Janca was one of many pilots who flew it, but was the only pilot who earned it a red star.
